Article 39 of Child Rights Law

The education of the child—according to the stages of education—shall aim to achieve the following objectives: A - Developing the child's personality, talents, and mental and physical abilities to their fullest potential, with due regard to enabling him to learn independently, how to use tools that assist him in thinking, and how to use thinking skills with information. B - Developing respect for human rights and public freedoms. C - Developing the child's respect for his family, cultural identity, language, and religious and national values. D - Raising the child to belong to and be loyal to the homeland and the country in which he resides, and in fraternity and tolerance among human beings. E - Adopting the learning approach and granting the student the ability to express himself at all his educational stages. F - Consolidating the values of equality among individuals and non-discrimination among them on account of religious belief, sex, race, ethnicity, social origin, disability or any other form of discrimination. G - Developing respect for and preservation of the natural environment. N - Preparing and equipping the child for a responsible life in a mutually supportive civil society based on the interconnection between awareness of rights and adherence to duties. K - Developing the child's abilities and skills through vocational and technical education pathways.
