Article 37 of Child Rights Law

A social welfare institution for children deprived of family care means every home for sheltering children whose ages do not exceed eighteen years who are deprived of family care because of orphanhood, family breakdown, or the family's inability to provide proper family care for the child. The child may continue in the institution if enrolled in higher education until graduation, provided that the circumstances that led to the child's admission to the institution persist and the child has successfully passed the stages of education. The Executive Regulations shall specify how the model regulations for those institutions are to be issued.
