Criminal proceedings concerning the offences provided for in this Law shall not be extinguished by the passage of time 1( Added by Law No. 31 of 2004 and the limitation periods for criminal proceedings or the penalty imposed, set out in Articles (6, 4) of the Penal Code, shall not apply to them. (1)

لا تنــقضي الدعــوى الجزائيــة عــن الجرائــم المنصــوص عليهــا في هــذا القانــون بــمضي المدة
