English translation
The President of the State Audit Bureau shall, after obtaining the opinion of the competent minister, as the case may be, issue the decisions necessary for the exercise of the powers of the State Audit Bureau provided for in this Law and for the manner of circulating information so as to ensure its confidentiality.
