Article 29 of Public Funds Protection Law

The entities referred to in Article Two shall provide the President of the State Audit Bureau with a detailed report on the status of investments existing on the date this Law enters into force, whether within or outside the country, within a maximum of six months from the aforesaid date, provided that the President of the Bureau is notified of all changes occurring in the status of those investments during that period within a maximum of fifteen days from the date of the change. The President of the State Audit Bureau shall deliver to the Speaker of the National Assembly a copy of this report and his observations thereon within three months from the date of its receipt by him.
