Article 26 of Public Funds Protection Law

Any interested person may lodge a grievance with the competent court against the decision prohibiting disposal and management after three months have elapsed from the date of issuance of that decision. The court shall rule on the grievance expeditiously, either by rejecting it, revoking the order or amending it and prescribing the necessary safeguards if warranted. A grievance may not be lodged again until six months have elapsed from the date of the ruling on the grievance. The Public Prosecutor may revoke or amend the order in accordance with the requirements of the investigation.
