Article 25 of Public Funds Protection Law

For the purpose of placing the assets referred to in the preceding Article under precautionary restraint, the investigating authorities may take whatever measures they deem appropriate to trace them abroad and whatever they deem conducive to placing those assets under precautionary restraint in whatever condition they may be, including diplomatic channels and assistance from foreign public or private investigation and inquiry bodies.
