Article 27 of Public Funds Protection Law

If the accused is convicted, the order prohibiting disposal and management, or other precautionary measures over the assets, shall not be lifted until enforcement of the financial penalties imposed upon the offender has been completed, in addition to management expenses and the costs of searching for assets abroad. The Public Prosecution may recover them compulsorily from the entities holding those assets under attachment and dispose of them by sale, and the sale may be conducted by administrative means.
