English translation
The provisions of Articles 44, 45, 47, 48 of the aforementioned Law No. 31 of 1970 shall apply to acts occurring before the date this Law comes into force, and shall be repealed in respect of acts occurring thereafter. Every provision that conflicts with the provisions of this Law is also repealed.

تسرى أحكام المواد ٤٤ ، ٤٥ ، ٤٧ ، ٤٨ من القانون رقم ٣١ لسنة ١٩٧٠ المشار اليه
بالنسبة للأفعال التي وقعت قبل تاريخ العمل بهذا القانون، وتلغى بالنسبة لما يقع
بعد ذلك.
