English translation
Dispositions made by the convicted person concerning funds related to the offences provided for in this Law, or by those to whom these funds have devolved, or the frustration of the injured entity's right to recover whatever may be adjudged against him, shall be considered void. The nullity provided for in the preceding paragraph shall not apply to dispositions made for consideration to persons acting in good faith. A person shall not be considered to be acting in good faith if he knew or could have known of the offence or of the purpose of the disposition. The provisions of the preceding two paragraphs shall apply to dispositions concerning funds related to the offences provided for in Articles 44, 45, 47, 48 of Law No. 31 of 1970 referred Law Index 251 Home Page to Public Funds Protection Law Law No. 1 of 1993 concerning the Protection of Public Funds Chapter Five Final Provisions

تعتبر باطلة التصرفات التي أجرها المحكوم عليه في الأموال المتعلقة بالجرائم
المنصوص عليها في هذا القانون أو من آلت إليهم هذه الأموال أو تفويــت حــق
الجهة المضرورة في استيفاء ما عسى أن يحكم به عليه.
ولا يسرى البطلان المنصوص عليه في الفقرة السابقة على التصرفات التي تمت
بعوض إلى الأشخاص حسن النية، ولا تعتبر الشخص حسن النية إذا كان يعلم أو
كان بإمكانه أن يعلم بالجريمة أو بالغرض من التصرف.
وتسرى أحكام الفقرتين السابقتين على التصرفات في الأموال المتعلقة بالجرائم
المنصوص عليها في المواد ٤٤ ، ٤٥ ، ٤٧ ، ٤٨ من القانون رقم ٣١ لسنة ١٩٧٠ المشار
