English translation
The State shall establish a natural history museum for the State of Kuwait for the purpose of promoting environmental citizenship and preserving the State's natural history in all its geological and geomorphological forms, within a maximum of five years from the date of issuance of this Law. The Supreme Council shall designate the government entity concerned with establishing this museum and the entity concerned with its administration.

تنشيء الدولة متحفاً للتاريخ الطبيعي لدولة الكويت بغرض تعزيز المواطنة البيئية
والحفاظ علي التاريخ الطبيعي للدولة بكافة أشكاله الجيولوجية والجيمورفولوجية
وذلك خلال خمس سنوات من تاريخ صدور هذا القانون كحد أقصي ، ويحدد
