English translation
A special fund called the Environmental Protection Fund shall be established at the Authority, subordinate to the Supreme Council, and the following shall accrue to it: 1. Amounts allocated by the State in its budget to support the Fund. 2. Fines and compensation awarded or agreed upon for damage to the environment. Any other resources approved by the Supreme Council.

ينشــأ باليئــة صنــدوق خــاص يســمى صنــدوق حمايــة البيئــة ، يتبــع للمجلــس الأعلى
وتــؤول إليــه :
١.المبالغ التي تخصص من الدولة في ميزانيتها لدعم الصندوق .
2.الغرامــات والتعويضــات التــي يحكــم بهــا أو يتفــق عليهــا عــن الأضرار التــي تصيــب
البيئــة .
