English translation
The Authority shall have an annexed budget within the State's general budget, and the rules and procedures governing the State's general budget shall be followed in its preparation. The Authority's financial year shall begin with the State's financial proportion and end at its end. As an exception thereto, the financial year following the date of issuance of the Law shall begin.

تكون للهيئة ميزانية ملحقة ضمن الميزانية العامة للدولة ويتبع في إعداها القواعد
والإجراءات المنظمة للميزانية العامة للدولة ، وتبدأ السنة المالية للهيئة مع النسبة
المالية للدولة وتنتهي بنهايتها وإستثناءاً من ذلك تبدأ السنة المالية التالية لتاريخ
