Without prejudice to any other law, the person civilly liable for pollution shall be obliged to pay compensation for: a - Damage sustained by natural resources. b What harms the environment or diminishes its utility c The expenses of cleanup and removal or reduction of pollution and rehabilitation of the environment d - Compensation for disruption of public utilities

مع عدم الإخلال بأي قانون آخر يلتزم المسئول مدنياً عن التلوث بالتعويض عـن
:
أ - ما لحق بالثروة الطبيعية من أضرار .
ب
ما يصيب البيئة أو يقلل منفعتها
ج
نفقات التطهير و إزالة التلوث أو الحد منه وإعادة تأهيل البيئة
