English translation
If the sources of harm are multiple and the injured party is unable to attribute the harm to its perpetrator, the injured party may demand that one of those causing it pay full compensation for the harm he sustained. The defendant may deny liability on the ground that the activity he carries on was not because of the harm and that the harm occurred due to an extraneous cause in which he had no part.

إذا تعددت مصادر الضرر وتعذر على المضرور بنسبة الضرر الى فاعله ، جاز للمضرور
مطالبة احد المتسببين بدفع كامل التعويض عن الضرر الذى اصابه ، ويجوز للمدعى
عليه نفى المسئولية بأن النشاط الذي يمارسة لم يكن بسبب الضرر وأن الضرر وقع
