English translation
Anyone occupying premises for residential or other purposes shall be liable to the injured party for compensation for harm caused to him by noise, odors, or other things emanating therefrom, unless he proves that the harm occurred due to an extraneous cause in which he had no part.

كل من يشغل مكاناً للسكن او لغيره من الأغراض يكون مسئولاً في مواجهة
المضرور عن تعويض ما يحدث له من ضرر، مما يصدر منه ضوضاء او روائح او
