English translation
Nothing in this Law prevents any natural or legal person from claiming compensation from the person responsible for pollution for the damage he has sustained as a result of pollution. By a contractual relationship or otherwise.

ليس في هذا القانون ما يمنع أى شخص من الأشخاص الطبيعين أو الاعتباريين
من مطالبة المسئول عن التلوث بالتعويض عن الأضرار التي لحق به من جراء
التلوث .
