English translation
Anyone threatened by the risk of pollution may request the court to order the owner of the establishment conducting the hazardous activity or the owner of the waste site to assess a report or data on the substances that he produces or handles.

يجوز لكل من يتهدده خطر التلوث أن يطلب من المحكمة أن تأمر صاحب المنشأة
ذات النشاط الخطر او صاحب موقع النفايات أن يقدر تقريراً أو بيانات عن المواد
