English translation
Where a penalty is imposed for violating any provision of this Law, the Court may order either publication of the judgment in full or in summary in newspapers it specifies or through audio and visual communications media, or the posting of copies of the judgment or a summary thereof at places it designates for a period not exceeding one month, at the convicted person's expense. Removal of these copies, concealing them by any means or destroying them shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months and a fine not exceeding one thousand dinars, or by either of these two penalties. If the perpetrator is one of those responsible for managing the work or one of its workers, he shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months. يجوز للمحكمة في حالة الحكم بعقوبة لمخالفة أحد أحكام هذا القانون أن تأمر
إما بنشر الحكم كاملاً أو ملخصاً في الصحف التي تحددها أو من خلال وسائل
الاتصالات المسموعة والمرئية ، أو بلصق صور من الحكم أو ملخص له على الأماكن
التي تعينها و لمدة لا تزيد على شهر وذلك على نفقة المحكوم عليه .
يعاقب على نزع هذه الصور أو إخفائها بأى طريقة أو إتلافها بالحبس مدة لا تزيـد
على ثلاثة أشهر و بغرامة لا تجاوز ألف دينار أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين ، فإذا كان
الفاعل هو أحد المسئولين عن إدارة العمل أو أحد عماله يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا
