English translation
Any person entrusted with monitoring the implementation of the provisions of this Law and its implementing regulations and decisions shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year if a violation of those provisions occurs as a result of his participation with the violator.

يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على سنة كل شخص مكلف بمراقبة تنفيذ أحكام هذا
القانون و اللوائح والقرارات المنفذة له إذا وقعت المخالفة لتلك الأحكام نتيجة
