Article 19 of Environmental Protection Law

All establishments, in carrying out their activities, shall ensure the safety of workers and that they are not exposed to any harm resulting from consequences or leakage of pollutants in the work environment, whether resulting from the nature of the establishment's conduct of its activity or from a malfunction in its equipment, and shall take the procedures, precautions Law Index 287 Home Page Environmental Protection Law Law No. 42 of 2014 concerning Environmental Protection and measures necessary to avoid exceeding the permitted safe limits for exposure to chemicals, noise and vibrations, heat and humidity, lighting and ultrasonic waves, inactive radiation, and any other requirements specified by the Executive Regulations of this Law.
