English translation
The production or circulation of the chemicals specified by the Executive Regulations of this Law is prohibited unless a license is obtained from the competent entity after obtaining the Authority's approval. The Authority may suspend the activity or submit a request to the licensing entity to revoke the license if the product is proven to be environmentally or medically hazardous. In all cases, the Authority's approval of the product must be obtained before it is marketed or imported.

يحظر إنتاج أو تداول المواد الكيمائية التي تحددها اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون إلا
بعد الحصول على ترخيص من الجهة المختصة وذلك بعد أخذ موافقة الهيئة .
ويجوز للهيئة وقف النشاط أو التقدم بطلب إلغاء الترخيص من الجهة المانحة لـه
إذا ثبت خطورة المنتج بينياً أو صحياً ويجب فى جميع الأحوال الحصول على إعتماد
