English translation
The approval of the concerned authorities must be obtained when importing or exporting hazardous substances and chemical substances. Authorization thereof is also conditional upon completion of the inspection, conformity verification and auditing procedures by the concerned authorities or by companies qualified for this purpose. The Executive Regulations of this Law shall specify the procedures and requirements regulating this, the required records, and the responsibilities of the concerned authorities in respect thereof.

الكيمائية ، كما يشترط للتصريح بذلك إتمام إجراءات الفحص والمطابقة والتدقيق من
