English translation
The importation, bringing in, burial, dumping or storage of nuclear waste, or its disposal in any form whatsoever, is prohibited throughout the territory of the State of Kuwait. Index of the Law 288 Home Page Environmental Protection Law Law No. 42 of 2014 concerning Environmental Protection Without prior authorization from the Authority, it is prohibited to permit maritime, air or land means of transport carrying any such waste to pass through the territory of the State, in coordination with the concerned State entities.

يحظر إستيراد أو جلب أو ردم أو إغراق أو تخزين النفايات النووية أو التخلص منها
بأي شكل من الأشكال في كامل إقليم دولة الكويت .
ويحظر بغير تصريح مسبق من الهيئة السماح بمرور وسائل النقل البحرية أو الجوية
أو البرية التي تحمل أياً من هذه النفايات عبر إقليم الدولة وذلك بالتنسيق مع
