English translation
The collection, transport and disposal of solid and hazardous municipal waste, healthcare waste, and sludge resulting from sewage and industrial effluent are prohibited without a license from the concerned entities. The Executive Regulations of this Law shall specify the procedures and conditions for granting these licenses and the mechanism for circulating and handling these materials.
