English translation
Sources generating hazardous waste, healthcare waste, or sludge, as well as the competent entities charged with collecting, transporting, and disposing of waste of all types, shall provide the Authority with details of this waste while maintaining a special register. The Implementing Regulations of this Law shall specify the required data and the mechanism for its transfer and management.

تلتزم المصادر التي يتولد منها نفايات خطرة أو نفايات الرعاية الصحية أو الحمأة
إضافة إلى الجهات المختصة والمكلفة بجمع ونقل والتخلص من النفايات بأنواعها
بتزويد الهيئة بتفاصيل هذه النفايات مع الإحتفاظ بسجل خاص وتحدد اللائحة
