English translation
Municipal solid waste must be disposed of in accordance with the environmental conditions and standards specified by the Executive Regulations of this Law. The concerned entities shall accomplish and complete the infrastructure for municipal solid waste recycling operations within a maximum of five years from the date of issuance of this Law.

يلزم التخلص من النفايات البلدية الصلبة وفقاً للشروط والمعايير البيئية التي
تحددها اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون . وتلتزم الجهات المعنية بانجاز وإستكمال
البنية التحتية لأعمال تدوير النفايات البلدية الصلبة خلال خمس سنوات بحد أقصى
