English translation
The import or export of hazardous waste, or allowing its entry or passage through the territory of the State of Kuwait, is prohibited. Excepted from this is the export of hazardous waste for whose disposal the State does not possess the technical capacity and necessary facilities, or the appropriate means or ports. In all cases, the Authority's approval thereof must be obtained.
