Enclosed and semi-enclosed public places are required to have adequate ventilation facilities commensurate with the size of the place, its capacity and the type of activity practised therein, so as to ensure the renewal renewal and purity of the air, while complying with the airflow rates specified by the Executive Regulations of this Law.
