A decision shall be issued by the Supreme Council forming a Board of Directors for the Authority for a term of four years, renewable for one similar term. The Board of Directors shall be chaired by the Director General and shall comprise: A representative of each of the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Communications, Ministry of Electricity and Water, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Ministry of Public Works, Ministry of Information, Ministry of Oil, Ministry of Education, Kuwait Municipality, Public Authority for Industry, Kuwait University, Kuwait Institute for Scientific Research, and Public Authority for Agriculture Affairs and Fish Resources, whose rank shall not be lower than Assistant Undersecretary, selected by the competent minister. 2- Two representatives of public benefit associations concerned with the environment. للتجديــد لمــدة مماثلــة واحدة ، ويكون مجلـــس الإدارة برئاســـة المديـــر العــام وعضوية كل
مــن :
ممثــل عــن كل مــن وزارة الصحــة ، وزارة الداخليــة، وزارة الدفــاع، وزارة المــواصلات ،
وزارة الكهرباء والماء، وزارة التجارة والصناعة ، وزارة الأشــغال العامة، وزارة الإعلام
، وزارة النفــط ، وزارة التربيــة ، بلديــة الكويــت ، اليئة العامــة للصناعة ، جامعة الكويت
، معهــد الكويــت للأبحــاث العلميــة ، اليئــة العامــة لشــئون الزراعــة والثــروة الســمكية ،
على أن لا تقــل درجتــه عــن درجــة وكيــل وزارة مســاعد يختــاره الوزيــر المختص.
