English translation
The trial of a minister shall be conducted by a special court composed exclusively of five Kuwaiti counsellors of the Court of Appeal, selected by the General Assembly of the Court for a term of two years. It shall also select seven others as alternate members to complete the composition of the court in the event of the absence of an original member or an impediment affecting him. This court alone shall have jurisdiction to try ministers and any other perpetrators or accomplices for crimes they commit that are provided for in Article Two of this Law, and crimes indivisibly connected therewith. No person who participated as a member of the investigation committee referred to in Article Three of this Law may be a member of the court. m

تتــولى محاكمــة الوزيــر، محكمــة خاصــة تشــكل مــن خمســة مــن المستشــارين الكويتــيين
بمحكمــة الاســتئناف دون غيرهــم، تختارهــم الجمعيــة العامــة للمحكمــة لمــدة ســنتين
وكما تختــار ســبعة آخريــن كأعضــاء احتياطــيين لإكمال تشــكيل المحكمــة في حالــة
غيــاب أحــد الأعضــاء الأصلــيين أو قيــام مانــع لديــه، وتختص هــذه المحكمــة وحدها
بمحاكمــة الــوزراء وأي فاعــلين آخريــن أو شركاء عما يرتكبونــه من جرائــم ورد النص
عليهــا في المادة الثانيــة مــن هــذا القانــون، والجرائــم المرتبطــة بهــا، ارتباطــا لا يقبــل
التجزئــة.
