Article 15 of Family Court Law

A special department for the enforcement of judgments and orders issued pursuant to this Law shall be established at the seat of the Family Court in each governorate, subordinate to the General Enforcement Department provided for in Article (189) of the Civil and Commercial Procedure Law. A member of the judiciary of a rank not lower than first-grade judge shall be seconded to head this department. Enforcement procedures and their service shall be undertaken by the enforcement officers and process servers seconded for that purpose. A sufficient number of employees shall be attached to the department, and a number of police officers shall also be seconded to assist in enforcement. A decision regulating the Enforcement Department at the Family Court shall be issued by the Minister of Justice upon the proposal of the head of the General Enforcement Department.
