A centre attached to the Family Court shall be established in each governorate to settle family disputes and protect family members against violence and harm inflicted by one of them upon the other members. It may provide the necessary advice and rehabilitation in matters of marriage and divorce if the parties to the marital relationship so desire. A decision of the Minister of Justice shall be issued regulating this centre and determining its functions and the procedures to be followed before it. Recourse to the centre shall be free of charge. ينشــأ بــكل محافظــة مركــز يلحــق بمحكمــة الأسرة ، يتــولى تســوية المنازعــات الأسريــة
وحمايــة أفــراد الأسرة مــن العنــف والإيذاء الذي يقــع من أحدهــم على أفرادها الآخرين ،
ويجــوز لــه تقديــم النصــح والتأهيل اللازم في مســائل الــزواج والــطلاق إذا رغب أطراف
العلاقــة الزوجيــة ذلــك ، ويصــدر قــرار مــن وزيــر العــدل بتنظيــم هــذا المركــز وتحديــد
