English translation
The head of the Agency, his deputy, its employees, and the members of its affiliated committees must maintain the confidentiality of information they obtain or access within the scope of the performance of their work, even after completing, leaving, or ceasing to perform that work. They may not use that information except in accordance with the law.

يجب على رئيس الجهاز ونائبه والعاملين به وأعضاء اللجان التابعة له الالتزام
بسرية المعلومات التي يحصلون أو يطلعون عليها ضمن نطاق أداء أعمالهم حتى
بعد الانتهاء أو ترك أو توقفهم عن أداء تلك الأعمال، ولا يجوز لهم استخدام
