Article 54 of Law on the Practice of Medicine and Allied Health Professions

A special register shall be established to record all particulars of complaints, records, cases, reports, decisions and judicial judgments relating to the errors and liability of practitioners of the profession and owners and managers of health facilities. All particulars of the parties to complaints, records and cases shall be entered and retained by the Agency so that it may summon and notify them in implementation of the provisions of this Law.
