Private health facilities must satisfy all the requirements on the basis of which the licence was granted throughout its validity period, and no modification thereto may be made without obtaining the Ministry's approval. The Ministry may amend the requirements as the public interest requires, and the licensee shall implement them within the time limit specified in the decision, taking into account the granting to him of a reasonable and sufficient period to implement the new requirements.

يجب أن تتوفر في المنشآت الصحية الأهلية جميع الاشتراطات التي منح على
أساسها الترخيص طوال فترة سريانه، ولا يجوز إجراء أي تعديل عليها إلا بعد
الحصول على موافقة الوزارة، ويجوز للوزارة تعديل الاشتراطات وفقاً لما تقتضيه
المصلحة العامة وعلى المرخص له تنفيذها خلال الأجل الذي يحدد في القرار
