Article 48 of Law on the Practice of Medicine and Allied Health Professions

The committee formed by the Agency shall issue a detailed report on the matter presented to it within a period not exceeding ninety days from the date of its formation, after the assignment or request has reached it. The committee may request an extension for issuing the report for an equal or shorter period, provided that the report is sent confidentially to the Agency by the committee immediately upon its completion. The report must include the procedures undertaken by the committee, the conclusion it reached, the reasons and evidence on which the conclusion was based, and the response to the requests, observations, and objections received by it and submitted to it. Each committee shall assess the expenses of its work in a report separate from its technical report, and this shall be determined by a decision of the Head of the Agency.
