English translation
The Public Prosecution shall undertake the investigation, disposition and prosecution of all offences provided for in this Law, as well as offences committed by or against a physician and provided for in other laws, except for offences provided for in the Traffic Law and any other offences that may be connected with them.

تتولى النيابة العامة التحقيق والتصرف والإدعاء في جميع الجرائم المنصوص عليها
في هذا القانون، وكذلك بالجرائم التي تقع من الطبيب أو عليه والمنصوص
عليها في القوانين الأخرى، ويستثنى من ذلك الجرائم المنصوص عليها في قانون
