Article 74 of Law on the Practice of Medicine and Allied Health Professions

In all cases, the Minister or whomever he authorizes may temporarily close, by administrative action, the premises in which the activity in violation is carried on, pending determination of the criminal case or the professional violation. The court may order the closure of the premises and the elimination or suspension of the activity in violation, together with the confiscation of any materials, machinery, apparatus and equipment therein used in carrying on any work prohibited by law.
