Article 71 of Law on the Practice of Medicine and Allied Health Professions

Without prejudice to any more severe penalty prescribed by another law, anyone who physically assaults a practitioner of the profession during Law Index 775 Home Page Law on the Practice of Medicine and Allied Professions Law No. 70 of 2020 concerning the Practice of Medicine and Its Allied Professions, Patients’ Rights and Health Facilities the performance of his work or because thereof shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years and a fine not exceeding ten thousand Kuwaiti dinars, or by either of these two penalties.
