Article 68 of Law on the Practice of Medicine and Allied Health Professions

The owner and director of the health facility are prohibited from the following: 1 - Employing any physician, nurse or other practitioner of allied professions before obtaining a licence therefor from the competent authority at the Ministry. 2 - Preventing practitioners of the profession working at the facility from providing the necessary attention the care of the patient or injured person who arrives there upon the occurrence of public disasters and cases of Home Page 774 Law Index Law on the Practice of Medicine and Allied Professions Law No. 70 of 2020 concerning the Practice of Medicine and its Allied Professions, Patients’ Rights and Health Facilities emergency. - Accommodating or sheltering patients or performing any surgical operation in health facilities that the Ministry does not permit to do so. Chapter Seven Penalties
