English translation
The Authority shall have a Board of Directors composed of five full-time members, appointed by decree upon nomination by the competent Minister for a term of four years renewable once. The decree shall designate the chair and deputy chair from among them. Members must possess integrity, experience and competence in fields related to the Authority's work. If the office of the chair, deputy chair or any member of the Board of Trustees becomes vacant for any reason, a replacement shall be appointed through the same appointment procedures, and the new member shall complete only the term of his predecessor.

يكــون للهيئــة مجلــس إدارة يتكــون مــن خمســة أعضاء متفــرغين، يصــدر بتعيينهم مرســوم
بنــاء على ترشــيح الوزيــر المختــص لمــدة أربــع ســنوات قابلــة للتجديــد لمــرة واحــدة،
ويحــدد المرســوم مــن بينهــم الرئيــس ونائبــه. ويــشترط في الأعضاء توافــر النزاهــة والخبرة
والكفــاءة في المجــالات ذات الصلــة بعمــل اليئــة.
وإذا خلا منصــب الرئيــس أو نائبــه أو أي مــن أعضــاء امجلــس الامنــاء لأي ســبب، يتــم
تعــيين بديــل لــه بــذات إجــراءات التعــيين، ويكمــل العضــو الجديــد مــدة ســلفه فقــط.Ask about this article
