A member of the Board of Trustees must satisfy the following conditions: 1 - Be of Kuwaiti nationality. 2 - Be not less than forty years of age. 3 - Hold at least a university qualification. 4 - Be of good reputation and not have had a final judicial judgment issued against him in a corruption case or an offence involving dishonour or breach of trust. He must be (1) Replaced pursuant to Decree-Law No. 69 of 2025 Law Index 232 Home Page Anti-Corruption Law Law No. 2 of 2016 concerning the Establishment of the Public Anti-Corruption Authority devoted full-time to work as a member of the Board of Trustees. A member shall lose his status by operation of law and his seat shall become vacant if he contravenes this, and he may not be nominated again for membership of the Board of Trustees. The competent Minister shall take the procedures for appointing a replacement member in accordance with the provisions of this Law.

يشترط في عضو مجلس الأمناء ما يلي :
1 - أن يكون كويتي الجنسية .
٢ - ألا يقل عمره عن أربعين عاماً .
٣ - أن يكون حاصلا على مؤهل جامعي على الأقل .
٤ - أن يكون حسن السمعة وأن لا يكون قد صدر ضده حكم قضائي بات في
قضية من قضايا الفساد أو جريمة مخلة بالشرف أو الأمانة . ويجب أن يكون
(۱) مستبدلة بموجب المرسوم بقانون رقم ٦٩ لسنة ٢٠٢٥
متفرغاً للعمل كعضو بمجلس الأمناء ، ويفقد العضو صفته بحكم القانون ويصبح
مكانه شاغراً إذا خالف ذلك ولا يجوز إعادة ترشيحه مرة أخرى لعضوية مجلس
الأمناء ، وعلى الوزير المختص اتخاذ إجراءات تعيين العضو البديل وفقاً لأحكام
