English translation
The Public Prosecution shall have exclusive competence to investigate, dispose of and prosecute offences committed by the chairman and members of the Board of Trustees or any employee of the Authority because of or on the occasion of performing their official duties, provided that the Public Prosecution notifies the Board of Trustees in advance of investigation dates and of the measures it has taken concerning the person under investigation.

تختــص النيابــة العامــة دون غيرهــا بالتحقيــق والــتصرف والادعــاء في الجرائــم التــي تقــع
مــن رئيــس وأعضــاء مجلــس الامنــاء أو أحــد موظفي اليئــة بســبب أو بمناســبة أداء أعمال
وظائفهــم، على أن تتــولى النيابــة العامــة إخطــار مجلــس الامنــاء مســبقا بمواعيــد التحقيق،
