Article 9 of Anti-Corruption Law

If the Chairman, the Vice-Chairman, or any member of the Board of Trustees commits a serious breach of his duties, the competent Minister shall, after the approval of the Supreme Judicial Council, issue a decision forming a judicial committee of three counsellors of the Court of Cassation or the Court of Appeal, chaired by the most senior among them, to investigate the breach. The committee shall submit to the competent Minister, within two months, a reasoned report on its work, concluding with the forfeiture of the membership of the person under investigation or the shelving of the papers. )2(
