English translation
Narcotic and psychotropic substances or preparations may not be produced or manufactured except by pharmaceutical factories and under a licence from the Minister. These factories may not use narcotic or psychotropic substances or preparations except in operations authorized by the Ministry. A decision of the Minister shall regulate the procedures for issuing licences to produce or manufacture medicines containing any of those substances or preparations and to package them.

لا يجوز إنتاج أو صنع المواد أو المستحضرات المخدرة والمؤثرة عقلياً إلا لمصانع
الأدوية وبترخيص من الوزير.
ولا يجوز لهذه المصانع استعمال المواد أو المستحضرات المخدرة أو المؤثرة عقلياً
إلا في العمليات التي تأذن بها الوزارة.
وينظم بقرار من الوزير إجراءات إصدار تراخيص إنتاج أو صنع الأدويــة التــي
تحتوي على أي من تلك المواد أو المستحضرات وتعبئتها.Ask about this article
