Licensed pharmaceutical factories must record, in the leaflets contained inside the packages of narcotic and psychotropic substances and preparations, or on the labels affixed to those packages, or both, the instructions concerning their method of use, warnings concerning their use, and any other particulars that the Ministry considers should be recorded.
