Article 37 of Law on Combating Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances

Anyone licensed to import, export, possess, or trade in narcotic or psychotropic substances or preparations pursuant to the provisions of this Decree-Law shall record receipts and disbursements of these substances and preparations in special registers within twenty-four hours of their receipt or disbursement. The entry shall include the date of receipt or disbursement, the name and address of the seller or purchaser, the full names of the narcotic and psychotropic substances and preparations, their nature, quantity, and concentration, as well as all particulars prescribed by the Ministry. These particulars may be recorded by any other electronic means approved by the Ministry. Managers of pharmacies and establishments licensed to trade in or use the substances or preparations referred to shall send the particulars to the Ministry during the first week following the expiration of every three months, indicating the receipts, disbursements, and remaining balances of those substances and preparations during the aforementioned period, in accordance with the written or electronic forms prepared by the Ministry for this purpose
