Article 39 of Law on Combating Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances

Persons licensed to trade in narcotic or psychotropic substances or preparations must send a statement to the Ministry during the first week following the expiry of every three months of the Gregorian year, and a statement at the end of each year, of the incoming, outgoing and remaining narcotic and psychotropic substances and preparations during this period. This shall apply to all governmental and private human and veterinary healthcare establishments.
