English translation
Judgments imposing the penalty of imprisonment provided for in this Decree-Law shall be immediately enforceable. The court hearing the opposition or appeal may order a stay of their execution.

تكون الأحكام الصادرة بعقوبة الحبس المنصوص عليها في هذا المرسوم بقانون،
واجبة النفاذ فوراً، ويجوز للمحكمة التي تنظر المعارضة أو الاستئناف أن تأمر
